We are so excited to welcome you all to our first Artemis BJJ London Camp!
When: 17th/18th May 2025
Where: Wood Green, London at the Origin BJJ N22 Academy.
Book: email info@artemisbjj.com to book your spot (£75 for two days of expert seminars)
A friendly, relaxed, affordable camp with an international cohort of talented instructors!
Instructors will include Anna Mack (from RGA Vienna), Laurien Zurhake (co-owner of Team Laurien & Alex in München, also known for Off the Zone), Mike Buckman-Cowling (one of our regulars, based at the gym in Wood Green), Oli Wiles (NZL black belt with two decades experience) and Can Sönmez (Artemis BJJ head instructor).
You can look forward to varied teaching styles including eco (an ecological approach to training), and we’ll be looking at a wide range of techniques including knee shield, arm bars and half guard work.
There will be at least 8hrs of training in total, across Saturday and Sunday, with both classes and open mat time. We’ll get together on Saturday evening for a relaxed social at a pub or restaurant, venue TBC (or send us your suggestions!)

Tickets for our camps are non-refundable as the proceeds are used to pay for the venue and the instructors. However, you can of course sell that ticket on if it turns out you can no longer make an event. Please follow the Artemis BJJ Facebook page if you would like to stay updated on future camps. Fun things I like to do in London
- Go boating in Regents Park
- Go see The Play that Goes Wrong at the Duchess Theatre
- Go on one of the boat-pubs by Embankment like the Tattershall Castle
- See the Wallace Collection
- Go round Greenwich – the Maritime college alone is used in a zillion movies, plus there is free art at the Queen’s House and the Maritime museum and meridian (but you need at least a full afternoon for this!)
